Cleveland Will NOT Have Regularly Scheduled Waste Collection Pick-Up on Labor Day

CLEVELAND – There will be a one-day delay in waste collection during the week of September 2, 2019. The City of Cleveland Department of Public Works WILL NOT collect trash on Monday, September 2, 2019 in observance of Labor Day. Cleveland City Hall offices, including Cleveland Public Power and the Water Department will be closed on that day as well. Offices will reopen on Tuesday, September 3, 2019.

Waste collection for the remainder of that week will be delayed by one day, resuming on Tuesday, September 3, 2019 and ending on Saturday, September 7, 2019. Waste collection will resume its regular schedule on Monday, September 9, 2019.
